Using the tools in Google Apps with my team eliminates the need to email multiple people copies of the same thing, just like the demonstration video noted. It is very convenient for everyone to have access to the information in one place and be able to see what other colleagues added or changed to the document. I will be able to create data collection sheets to note my students progress on IEP goals with Google Apps.
